The Art of Safe Trick-or-Treating

As I kid, I wasn’t exactly the most outgoing or social. I didn’t enjoy any outdoors activity, or anything that involved running or sweating. Yes, I was that creepy little girl, with braided hair, that looked a lot like Wednesday Addams, that had a collection of porcelain dolls, and that was fascinated by anything that had to do with the occult.
So yes, if there’s any activity that I was willing to participate in, was Halloween. I just loved Halloween: you just got candies for looking spooky, how much better can something get?
Now, my parents are far away from Morticia and Gomez, so they would only let me go candy hunting if I was with an adult. Since I didn’t like kids anyways, it never seemed like a bad deal to me…Now, there are more things to worry about, so if you’re a concerned parent and want to keep your kids safe on Halloween without embarrassing them, here are some useful tips.
