Food is Fashion, Too!

I’m a classic girl, so although I think it’s fascinating, the whole Bizarre Foods trend is not my thing (especially when they involve a living creature). It might work for some, but when I tried to play extreme and ate some traditional food on the streets of Central America, all I got was stomach ache and fever. Since then, I’ve decided to play gourmet, both when I travel and when I cook.
After doing a lot of research (I just love food!) I’ve come to the conclusion that Italian food is by far the best and that no one can make Italian food like Italians. That’s why we all love Giada: not only is she the grand-daughter of the legendary Dino de Laurentiis (yes, I’m a big fan of Conan the Barbarian), but she’s also the gourmet version of Sophia Loren. And she makes food look good, too!
Food is fashion, too – you don’t want your dish to look like it was taken from somewhere outside the Matrix. Especially if you have guests and want to offer a quick snack that goes beyond chips.Well, that’s where the dazzling Giada comes into the picture. With Everyday Italian, you don’t need to be in Rome to do as Romans do…
