Can a Monkey Teach You Something?
Oct 8th, 2009 by Emma
The answer is an astounding yes – especially the handy monkeys you’ll find in MonkeySee’s 5min Studios. These monkeys can help you with your relationships, dating, prep you to ace your SATs, teach you magic tricks, and plenty more. But more importantly, these monkeys can teach you how to milk a cow! A skill that must be performed at least once in a lifetime, you’ll surely agree:
Now the thing about cows is, they’re just awesome. They have gorgeous big eyes, come in 920 breeds and have an array of different colors such as black, white, tans, greys, browns, reds and many more.
If you want more reason than that to love a cow, have a look at the statistics. A cow – if allowed by a human to do so – can live up to 25 years, which means it’s old enough to enjoy life, but not old enough to get bored of it! Although sadly, dairy cows aren’t typically kept much past 5 years. A cow will produce 10 gallons of milk a day – that’s roughly 5 gallons of ice cream. Over a life span of 5 years, that’s 25 gallons of ice cream per cow! That means that one cow could effectively make 134 700ml tubs of Ben and Jerry’s in its life time. Now, just imagine how many cows are out there!
If you don’t have a sweet tooth and this is not enough of a reason for you to love a cow, get this: unlike many mammals, a cow sees the world in color, so it can always compliment you on your fashion sense or tell you where you went wrong.
If you’re still not loving cows after all this, then I think all cows should be moved to India where they’d have their own nursing homes and would be looked after by people who know how to appreciate them.

So now I have to pick nice clothes also when going to the country? Damn those cows… Are you sure about the color vision?
And a technical question – how many chocolates can you produce from one cow? Let’s face it, chocolate is far better than ice cream…
