Beauty Secrets (From Your Fridge)

In a world where so many beauty brands are full of chemicals, and do horrible tests on animals, going back to nature can be a perfect solution to pamper yourself and save some money too. After all, if it worked for Cleopatra, why wouldn’t it work for you?
Although I define myself as a person of science, and when it comes to pain I always beg for real painkillers, when it comes to beauty I think that only Nature will do whatever needs to be done. Meaning, making your own beauty products.
That’s how I mastered the art of the honey-lemon-sugar facial scrub, the egg-olive oil hair mask and the cucumber-yogurt mask. For the body? In a cloth bag, put some chamomile leaves (you can also add lavender) and drop it in your bath. Your skin will never feel smoother.

It’s nice to go to a spa from time to time (just ask me and my sisters) but the truth is, your skin needs more care than your schedule and pocket can afford, so you should ask Mother Nature to help you out. By that, I don’t mean going after the Fountain of Youth, because if you really want to fight those wrinkles or relieve that dry skin, you’d better concentrate on the Vitamin A,B,E, F, Zinc and Potassium found in bananas, and find that the real Fountain of Youth is in your nearest grocery store.

These r good techniques, but it will work on dark skin or not???
Yes, you only need to consider your skin type: dry, normal or oily. The honey-sugar-lemon scrub is recommended for people with dry skin, while cucumber-yogurt is recommended for oily skin types.
