Lawyers and Ghostbusters

Like Elle Woods, all I know about legal terminology is ” I object”, which is a good start to make your way into real life. But the truth is, in a world where even the dead have something to say in court, like the LTVN says, ignorance is no longer an excuse .
This is what happened to Jeffrey Stambovsky, a man who bought his dream house without knowing that he was about to experience a Poltergeist lifestyle 24/7. No ghostbusters came to his rescue, so he decided to go to the Law. And he won. From now on, buyers should be warned about the reputation of the house they’re investing money on. Because unless you want to have a Winchester Mansion Attraction, I’m sure anyone would prefer to keep the past tenants out of the property.
So now you know. If you hear rumors about the place, listen to them before you end up listening to ghostly whispers in the middle of the night.
