Design to Crime

Bad design seems to be like bacteria: if you don’t treat it on time, it reproduces quickly and spreads the ugliness all around. When I was in High School, I used to joke with my friends about our art projects, and the ones that didn’t get the popular admiration were filed under the category of “original, but ugly”.
Irwin and Nicola, from Design2Share, show us the worst of the design world, teaching us that good quality is one of the main points in order to have a good design. They’re not as strict as Adolf Loos when defining these common mistakes, as they do allow ornament when decorating a house used correctly, and they don’t define you as a criminal for doing it. You can use these elements, but beware, because if you don’t pick the proper dimensions, the right material, or the desired quality, you might be falling into the hole of the Worst Design Mistakes.
