Enter Sandman with Illumistream

I used to be an insomniac, meaning, I spent most of my night-time counting sheep and playing abc’s while all my family slept like babies. I was prescribed with sleeping pills, but after a while I decided that I wasn’t a character taken from The Valley of The Dolls, and therefore, no dolls should push my way to Sandman’s arms.
That’s when I decided to collect all of grandma’s remedies for us insomniacs: a tall glass of warm milk before going to bed, stretching, and replacing dinner with lighter meals, hopefully including yogurt and bananas.
The result? A deep and restoring sleep.
The explanation? All this popular wisdom finds a basis in science, which is what Illumistream shows us in a series of videos that explains the types of insomnia and the most efficient ways to defeat it. There is no superstition behind Grandma, but a collection of medical advice that will help your body take the best out from nature and make your body work like a clock.
