So we finally have a blog!

• It’s almost 50 days since we’ve launched, but the people behind 5min are still anonymous (and quite frustrated, to be honest, from this anonymity). 
•  It’s almost 50 days since we’ve launched, and we’re already really tired from constantly reading the “important” blogs on the net (OK, so there’s a new aggregator that aggregates aggregators, we got that!).
•  It’s almost 50 days since we’ve launched, and if we hear the word WEB-TWO-O one more time we’re gonna scream (the buzz is over, guys) !
•  It’s almost 50 days since we’ve launched, and only now did we find the time to launch a 5min’s blog (it’s crazy, this start-up life: you always wanna do something, but never find the time to do it).

So here it is - our new blog, our way of communicating with our growing 5min community. 50 days since we’ve launched, and we have more than 250,000 visitors, more than 1,000,000 page views, more and more devoted creators. It makes us proud, no cynicism here! It makes us proud that people are choosing 5min, people want to learn and teach, people enjoy the instructional videos experience.

If you don’t know what 5min is all about, go here. But if you do, if you are a member of our family, stay tuned for new posts. We’ll talk technology, we’ll talk DIY, we’ll talk about new features and upcoming plans, we’ll talk about life as well.

We don’t want this blog to be branded, we want it to be real. We want you to be able to contact us directly on a first name basis. That’s why the entire 5min team will take part in this blog, all of us will write about our experiences in this growing project. We would love to hear your thoughts as well. That’s the main reason why we’re here in the first place!
